Making a Difference for Families

- data about families in their local community
Ideally, multiple agencies and sources share information about outcomes within communities.
Once communities have access to this information it is critical that communities analyze and interpret data to:
- assess whether they are making progress in outcomes for families,
- determine how policy and practice needs to be changed to bring about further improvement.
